I have listed a new property at 60 Vicars RD in kamloops.
Great central location, close to highway and all amenities; This is a Sub-Lease with current term ending September 30,2017:
Light Industrial ( I-1) consisting of warehouse/Shop space of approx 12,500 sq ft in two buildings, tenant can use a portion of
the lands for yard space, overhead crane and lots of power. Monthly Lease payment with operating costs (common area
charges) is $12,000 per month plus gst.; all sub tenants to be approved by landlord. All Measurements are approximate and to
